3. Services Provided: Inclusive Counseling offers online mental health counseling services conducted through secure telehealth platforms. Our licensed therapists provide therapy within their scope of practice. These Services do not constitute emergency care or in-person treatment.

Client Responsibilities Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our Services, including during sign-up and in communications with your therapist. Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for our client portal and ensuring that your environment is private during telehealth sessions. Use of Services: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. Misuse of the Services may result in termination of your access.
5. Telehealth Services: By using our telehealth services, you understand and agree to the following: Technology Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you have a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment (e.g., a computer or mobile device with video and audio capabilities) to participate in telehealth sessions. Privacy: While we take every measure to secure your sessions, you are responsible for ensuring your environment is private and free from interruptions during your telehealth sessions. Limitations: Telehealth may have certain limitations compared to in-person therapy, such as difficulty in assessing non-verbal cues. .
6. Payment and Fees Session Fees: If you do not have insurance coverage, our standard fee is $150 per session. This fee may vary based on your insurance plan or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) coverage. Insurance: We accept a variety of insurance plans. It is your responsibility to confirm your coverage with your insurance provider before scheduling services. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pay for services may result in the suspension of future sessions. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and are fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All therapy sessions, communications, and records are kept confidential except as required by law (e.g., to report imminent harm to self or others). 8. Use of Client Portal Our Services: include access to a secure client portal, where you can manage appointments, communicate with your therapist, and complete necessary forms. By using the portal, you agree to keep your login credentials secure and to promptly update any changes to your information. 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inclusive Counseling and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
